FAQ's
  • Q: I've found a ride I'm interested in purchasing. What do I do next?
    • A: Contact us by phone, fax, or e-mail. We will forward a ride purchase contract to you for completion and with the amount of deposit required. The contract will specify the amount of time you have to conduct an inspection of used equipment.
  • Q: What about financing?
    • A: Financing is generally only available in the USA and Canada depending on the finance company. We do not offer direct financing, leasing or renting of equipment.
  • Q: What assurances do I have regarding the ride transaction?
    • A: Our company reputation was built on service excellence and an ethical standard of doing business that is unsurpassed in the ride brokerage industry. To protect the interest of our buying clients, their funds are held in "sales escrow" until all contract, requirements are met by the seller or manufacturer. The seller or manufacturer's protection is guaranteed via bank confirmation of the payments prior to any arrangements for the transportation and pick-up of the ride.
  • Q: What condition is the ride equipment in?
    • A: Information on the condition of the second-hand equipment and photographs are provided by the owner and are subject to individual interpretation. We advise all our clients to personally inspect used equipment. If you are unable to inspect the ride Ital International can recommend professional ride inspectors for you to hire who can complete the inspection for you - another service feature of Ital International.
  • Q: How are shipping and delivery of the ride handled?
    • A: Generally, rides are sold "ex-works" current location. As part of our continuing effort to provide the best service for our clients, Ital International will secure shipping quotes, assist with custom broker selection and land transportation to your location or we can provide a list of our preferred transportation providers. In most cases when a contract if offered on new equipment the prices include shipping to the buyer's location to save you the effort of dealing with these arrangements.
  • Q: Who handles disassembly, assembly and test-runs rides?
    • A: In most cases, specifically with park model rides, disassembly, assembly, loading and test runs are not included in the price of the ride. For an additional fee these arrangements can be made with the owner, depending on the ride, location, etc. Or, Ital International can assist you with recommendations of companies that can perform these tasks for you. In most cases when a contract is offered on major and larger new equipment a "set-up supervisor" is included or mentioned in the contract.
  • Q: Does Ital supply rides for rent or lease for short term events?
    • A: This is not something we offer as a service. However there are many carnival and amusement rental companies that might be able to accomodate your needs. Some online sources for finding carnivals and rental companies include www.showmensleague.org, www.oaba.org and www.gibtownshowmensclub.com.
  • Q : Can you send me catalogs, information and pricing on all your ride offerings?
    • A: Because our equipment selection continually changes we don't generally send complete catalogs or packages of our used rides. Through our website we offer a comprehensive list of all our used rides along with specifications and pricing on virtually everything. If you would like more details on specific rides we're more than happy to assist you. For our new ride offerings we try to post as much information as possible on the site; though if you have questions about specific rides we do often have brochures in e-mailable formats that you can receive very quickly. In most cases our suppliers don't allow us to blindly send our price lists though we can quote prices via telephone and send you quotations via e-mail, fax, mail and courier as necessary.
  • Q: Can I come to your office to see the equipment you have listed?
    • A: The equipment we broker and offer for sale is not at our office location. Being a company that does business worldwide the equipment you find here could be almost anywhere. To get an idea of where a ride might be you can check the price. If price is shown in EURO the ride is likely in Europe if the price is in USD the ride is likely in the USA.
  • Q: I have a ride I'd like to sell. Can you help me find a buyer?
    • A: We would be happy to help you sell your equipment. Begin by completing our "request for information" form and telling us generally about your equipment. If we believe it's something that we will be able to help you with we will ask you to complete some forms including our Listing Agreement and Data Sheet as well as ask you to send us some photos. For more information on our services call and speak to a sales representative.
  • Q: Do you sell individual bumper cars, carousel horses or other "solo" vehicles from amusement rides?
    • A: Unfortunately we don't sell individual amusement ride vehicles, cars, carousel horses or bumper cars. However, you can from time to time find these types of items available on E-bay.com.
  • Q: What are the payment terms for Used Amusement Rides?
    • A: Generally we ask for a deposit (usually 10 to 20%) with a signed contract and the balance payable before pickup of the equipment from the seller's location.
